The Riddles of God
Isaiah 55:8 Ephesians 3:1-6 Ezekiel 17:1-2
In Isaiah 55:8 we find where God says: For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways". That is hard for us as humans to understand. As Christians we sometimes get frustrated on why God does or does not do something the way we figure He should. When it comes to the things of God, we have always beein in wonder of why things happen the way they do.
God has always used riddles/mysteries to make people wonder. Pharisees, always questioned Jesus on his parabels and why He did what he did. They never could understand why Jesus was doing things differently than what tradition had taught them. Everything Jesus did caused confusion for them.
Just like the Pharisees, some Christians today will never be able to figure out what God wants them to do with their life. Some, just do not care to know, and others will never search for the answers on their own.
While the riddles/mysteries may be hard to understand, God always provides an answer for us. Just like any riddle, at first it may not even make sense to you, but the bible says in 1 Corinthians 14:33: For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace...
How do we find the answers? Through the scripture! Paul said in Ephesians 3:4 Whereby, when ye read, ye may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ. Paul clearly tells us, that in order to gain his knowledge in the mystery, we have to read his words! Reading and studying the scripture is how we find all the answers to Gods riddles in our lives! I am going to list just a few key verses on what the bible says about studying His word. I challenge you to go and read all of these when reading this lesson!

It is a vital part of understand exactly what Gods will for you is. Please go and read these verses on Prayer!
